SMB provided the exact kickstart I needed to get back into fitness. I fell off and picked up 30+ lbs after shoulder surgery last year. I'm still rehabbing and do not yet have full range of motion but I have been able to get thru every session thanks to the HIIT routines professionally-crafted by Stacia. Almost every workout comes with a modified version to allow everyone the opportunity to truly work at your own pace while benefitting from the support and encouragement received in group/boot camp training.
